Why are draws hard to predict?
A draw needs the match to stay level, and a single goal breaks it. Only about a quarter of matches end drawn, so the result is the least common of the three.
What is a score draw?
A draw in which both teams score, such as 1-1 or 2-2. Most football pools pay on score draws and treat 0-0 differently, which is why we mark them separately on the pool pages.
